Our extensions
These are some of open source JupyterLab extensions we have been developed to advance scientific research.
API Baker
Create a token-secured API from your notebook's code in just a few clicks.
- Use the same code your have in your notebook.
- Use your own domain
- Version control
- Secured APIs through tokens
BXplorer
A new generation and more modern cloud storage object browser for JupyterLab. It supports the main cloud providers such as AWS, Google and Azure. This extension is also focused on science so it lets you
- Browse public datasets hosted by AWS and other cloud providers as well
- Preview the headers of common scientific formats, like FITS, NetCDF, HDF5, etc
Pasarela
An open source JupyterLab extension that allows you to open a Jupyter Notebook with prepopulated code or open entire notebooks from any website.
It is API driven so the code for the cells or the notebook location can be passed in an API call making it ideal for external applications that want to leverage JupyterHub.
NBQueue
A Jupyterlab extension that allows users to send Jupyter Notebooks to a queue to be executed (rendered) asynchronously with dedicated hardware and that notifies the user when the execution is completed.
In-Platform Support
Provides AI-based support to the users of the platform. Using institutional or corporate knowledge improves users' experience by answering users' questions within the context of the institution, agency or corporation that provides access to the platform (Powered by Voice Atlas).
NBContext QA
Users sometimes have questions that are not addressed in the Notebook. With NBContext QA, a chatbot can be embedded to provide additional information from related knowledge sources such as a thesis. This allows users to receive answers beyond what is provided in the Notebook, while also giving the author insights into how the audience is engaging with their research.
